Kiwi Green Pest Monitoring- Field Staff

Join Our KiwiGreen Team – Staff Wanted!

We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our kiwifruit orchard team. This role includes a range of tasks such as pruning, thinning, harvesting, tractor work, spraying, and general orchard maintenance.

Field staff get to be out under the cool canopy for the day inspecting fruit for market access pests and collect leaf samples to be inspected by the lab team. This is a job where you are constantly on the move and if you like to track your steps then this is the job for you. You will need to be reasonably fit to be out walking the orchards each day and have good eyesight to look for tell-tale signs of pest presence. You are part of a team that goes out on orchard together and can expect to be out on the orchard all day. Workdays are from 7:30am-5pm Monday to Saturday, weather dependent - we do not work in the rain. Having a full license would be an advantage.
