We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, reliable people to join our awesome team for the upcoming kiwifruit season:

We are looking for supervisors for our packhouse!

1. Prefer minimum one to two years experience in kiwi fruit.

2. People Management & Team Support: Should be able to train and coach new staff in their area.

3. Communication and reporting.

Strong communication skills—clear, calm, and respectful.

• Ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.

   

   

• Good problem-solving under time pressure.

   

   

• Reliable, punctual, and proactive.

   

   

• Will be expected to maintain records/ food safety checklists.

   

   

Shift options:
Day or Night shift

Please note that our season will not start until February, however any necessary training and inductions will begin in January.
